Few items for everyone...

Hi all. Just want to throw out a few items for everyone.

1. Fence info will be coming soon (hopefully this month - we have been waiting for the attorneys to finalize everything.)

2. With winter coming (sorry for using the "w" word) it is imperative that everyone understands where they need to park. There are "NO PARKING" signs throughout the community, please obey these signs and also do NOT park in front of mailboxes.

3. Also with winter coming, in the new ammendments there will be infomation about a new rule regarding snow removal. It will be required by ALL homeowners within 24 hours of snowfall (from all sidewalks and public areas.)

4. If there are any issues you have regarding the community, please email me and we will try to take care of them before the become larger problems.

5. When posting on this blog, please remember not to use actual names when "complaining and/or venting" about specific issues. There have been a few times in the past when children's names have been used on this blog, please do not do this. Adult's names are very different, this is an issue of public safety...please respect all children and do not put their names on this site.

6. Phase 1 - street trees - Please be sure that the straps have been taken off these trees. They are beginning to cut into the trees. It is very simple to do...just cut the strap from the branches and pound the stake into the ground or pull it out of the ground. If we can do all of these trees by November it would be greatly appreciated by all (especially the trees!)
