Hi everyone. It's official, you may begin filling out the requests for fences. There are specific types and rules that you will have to adhere to, but you may begin filling out the modification requests with kramer-triad now. Here is a brief overview of the regulations:
1. must be white vinyl
2. must be 6 foot high
3. must be privacy style fencing
4. there are specific protocols that tracy at kramer-triad can send you, but this should give you the idea.
Please remember...do NOT begin building until you have approval. Any fences that are built without approval and/or that don't conform will be taken down at the homeowner's expense.
I will post the other items we discussed at our meeting tonight, but I wanted to get this out so anyone interested in fences could begin the process.

I never received a copy of my lot survey at closing. Does anyone know who would have a copy of this?
Jaime may have a copy of the plot maps for the different home sites. All measurements should be on those maps. Stop by and she should be able to help you out.
