summer party

Ok I know it is only march but it is NEVER to early to start planning for a party. I was thinking since we have SO many new people, that having a "carnival" would be lots of fun. We could mostly close off the sub for a day in the summer and have different events.....an obstacle course, a petting farm, games and some moonwalks. This will be a little bit of an expensive event, but if we have 50 participating families and volunteers I think we can pull it off with charging by the house not person I am looking into costs right now to see how much it really would be....if anyone has any thoughts or ideas please let me know
