Hi all. We have scheduled our next meeting for:
Wednesday, November 18th
6:00 registration
6:30 start - introduction of candidates for board & election (votes will be counted during the neighborhood watch program presentation)
7:00 - Officer Yee from the Washtenaw Sheriff's Department will be coming to present on setting up a neighborhood watch program. He will give a presentation on the issues associated with this and then have a question and answer session. This portion of the meeting will last approximately 1 hour.
8:00 - meeting continues - results of election - resident issues - etc
I am trying to get access to the sandwich board to post this at the front of the community. As soon as I can get this, I'll post the meeting on the board at the Jackson Rd. entrance.
If you have any issues you would like on the agenda, please let me know. Any resident is allowed to bring up any issue to be discussed.
Anyone interested in running (or voting) must be current on all dues/payments/etc. Any delinquency will result in no vote and the inability to run for the board! Please be aware of this.
I will gladly take any proxy forms for any resident that would like to send one in. You have two options if you do that...
option 1 - blank proxy - which allows me to vote for you
option 2 - "closed" proxy - there is no vote attached with this proxy. It is simply used to count your residence as "present." This would allow us to reach our quorum and allow a vote to take place for the other member of the board of directors.
You can drop these proxies off at my home or at the sales office and I'll pick them up there. Please be sure to fill out the name, address, phone, etc information on the top.

That's a bummer, it is the same night as parent teacher conferences.
