Community BBQ

Hi again....

You will begin seeing the Community BBQ flyers tonight, tomorrow and this weekend. Please spread the word around you houses.

Please remember to RSVP by July 26 with either Harmony or myself. This will allow us to get an accurate count for food.

If you would like to bring some other side dishes or desserts, that would be great....but do not feel like you need to. We will supply all the food and pop & water.

Please bring the $10 to the party. As Harmony has stated on the flyer, this money will go to cover the $100 rental of the clubhouse and the food / drinks. Anything left over will be kept in it's own bank account (I will open it right after the party) to be used for future events (I am planning on doing a U of M - MSU football game party....if there is interest).
