Pool Gate

What is the point of having a key card or a code to get into the pool if little kids can reach their fingers through the gate & open it? This has been told to the sales office & the association at least 4 weeks ago, and it still has not been fixed. I personally saw 3 children get into the pool area by reaching through the gate, and none of their parents were around. I told the sales office the following day and also have phoned the association 2 times about this. This should have been taken care of immediately, but obviously was not. This is not something that should take weeks to fix. Does someone have to drown before this is resolved?
